Local Support
If you have a compute time project at an HPC center in the competence network, the local support team remains your first point of contact. This ensures that you can receive targeted help.
HPC.NRW can, for example, support you for a performance or correctness analysis of a given calculation. The list of all expertise provides an overview of possible subject areas. Researchers can request access to Tier 3 or 2 systems, if there is a need for HPC resources. HPC.NRW also offers detailed thematic consultation in the area of HPC for research projects.
